SAP Security Principal Consultant

You will be working as an SAP Security Principal Consultant in Pune on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide hands-on leadership, expertise, and guidance for consultants and client personnel using SAP Security solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading analysis and design sessions, creating requirements, designing and developing complex solutions in SAP Security, managing solution development, offering technical support, conducting training, scoping engagements, and developing proposals. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 8-10 years of end-to-end SAP Security experience with expertise in SAP Security and a minimum of 4-5 full-lifecycle implementation projects. You should be able to operate as a Solution Architect while also providing hands-on development and support. Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security design, building, testing, defect resolution, post-production support, in-depth S/4 HANA Security migration experience, and familiarity with Fiori Launchpad are required. Team lead experience, planning and leading implementation workshops, knowledge of project methodologies like Activate and Agile, S/4 HANA, flexibility, adaptability, willingness to support project-based work and application-managed services, and ability to support a hybrid-working model are essential. Moreover, you should have a client services orientation, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Your role will involve a wide range of tasks from design to hands-on configuration, and you should be prepared to take on new roles as needed.,
