SAP Security Lead

Key Responsibilities: Support engagements: • Regular interaction and effective collaboration with onshore customer calls and service review meetings • SAP Security architect to plan and design SAP security model for applications and integration with SAP and non-SAP application landscape. • Perform high level support including problem determination for all SAP security needs within Development, QA, and Production SAP clients. • Design and implement new authorization concepts along with business departments and IT stake holders. • Design, Develop SAP Security solutions across all SAP applications in accordance with business requirements and security/ compliance, regulatory standards.

• Should have experience in application support environment (Delivering Incidents/Service Request/Change Request/Impact Assessment) • Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills in both Support and Projects. • Liaise with business users (field users / back office) to understand the requirements and deliver to the requirement by self-developing, coordinating with the other technical team. • Delivering Impact assessment/solutions for change requests raised by business users. • Manage, coordinate and report application major incidents (P1 & P2) • Build end to end documentation and catalogue for supported applications and known errors. • Hand out and give Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team. • Demonstrate Proactive Approach rather than fix on fail • Support with Business Development activities like Impact Assessment, PoC, Effort Estimation, Project Planning and Approach Definition. • Support the Change Management Process by ensuring consistency of security and roles across landscapes and end-user Acceptance Testing/Integration testing. • Responsible for day-to-day technical support and resolution of security issues, troubleshooting sap security problems including approval procedures and all the necessary compliance and coordinate with ABAP/BASIS / Functional team. Project engagements • Deliver the customer projects w.r.t implementation and support in SAP CRM, ECC SAP BTP etc.

Essential Experience

• Over-all experience with 9 - 12 years in SAP Security. • Experience in technical role, user and authorization management for SAP Systems, Role Design and Segregation of Duties conflict remediation related projects, • Review critical and sensitive authorizations and ensure high level of compliance and user support. • Experience in GRC access control, RAR (Risk Analysis and Remediation) ARM (Access Risk management), EAM (Emergency Access Mgmt) and SOD (segregation of duty), mitigation and remediation. • Experience in BW /SRM/Portal /CRM /FIORI security authorization and access control. • Experience in deploying large scale, cross functional, globally distributed and complex SAP transformation projects with in-depth knowledge of Application Security and SAP GRC Access Control solution that supports access management compliance. • Experience in SAP audit (Internal & External), questions and help resolve governance, compliance issues and Audit Data. • Experience on HR authorization and structural authorization controlled and access via HR Positions. • Experience designing process to support review of Segregation of Duties (SOD)s and Critical Actions and user provisioning. • Experience of risk framework/ruleset design to comply with Segregation of Duties (SOD)s and Critical Actions (CA) for various business processes. An understanding how to assess, define and align SAP application security to the risk and controls framework.

Desired Experience • Experience in SAP GRC Access Control implementation & Support with version 12.0 • Experience with Design, Build, Test and Deploy Application security framework across various SAP applications i.e., FIORI, ECC, HCM, Portal, CRM, SRM.

Skill Sets Required • SAP Security support and implementation knowledge for FIORI, ECC, HCM, Portal, CRM, SRM. • Should have SAP GRC experience. • Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills in both Support and Projects. • Effective/clear verbal and oral communication skills in English. • Analytical/Problem solving skills.

Qualifications • Degree level education/BE • SAP certification - ECC or S/4 HANA • ITIL

Additional Information We are looking for a motivated individual who is aspirational for growth. In this role the consultant is expected to manage the SAP Security function for BAU Support and work on Project delivery in parallel. The consultant should work as a technical lead and manage couple of account project teams in parallel. The consultant should be willing to actively support with Business Development activities to support Enzen to grow the SAP S/4 HANA customer base. Conditions 1. On call support for high severity calls during out of business hours/weekends based on set rota plan. 2. Weekend working during critical project delivery window (provision of comp-off available) 3. Late evening work during system outages in production environments. 4. Ad-hoc task assignments based on priority.
