∙Lead and participate in SAP Sales Cloud implementationsÂ
∙Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP Sales CloudÂ
∙Configure and customize Sales Cloud functionalities (e.g., Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Visit Planning, Sales Quotation)Â
∙Integrate Sales Cloud with SAP S/4HANA (Public Cloud) and other systems using CPI or other middlewareÂ
∙Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Â
∙Provide post-go-live supportÂ
∙Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendorsÂ

∙6–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud (SAP C4C)Â
∙Strong understanding of sales business processes and CRM best practicesÂ
∙Experience with SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) and key user toolsÂ
∙Familiarity with CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or other integration toolsÂ
∙Knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA (Sales & Distribution) and SAP Service CloudÂ
∙Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsÂ
∙SAP Sales Cloud certification is a plusÂ

∙Experience working in agile/scrum environmentsÂ
∙Exposure to other SAP CX modules (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud)Â
