As a Senior Consultant in the IT Consulting team, you will be working on various cloud implementation projects for our customers across the globe. Your responsibilities will include working as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute to various technical streams of cloud implementation projects, interface and communicate with onsite coordinators, plan and monitor project deliverables, mentor the project team, provide regular status reports to the Manager and onsite coordinators, interface with customer representatives as needed, and be willing to travel to customer locations on a need basis. In terms of your people responsibilities, you will be required to build a quality culture, manage performance management for direct reportees as per organizational policies, foster teamwork, lead by example, train and mentor project resources, and participate in organization-wide people initiatives. Mandatory skills for this role include working knowledge in AS-ABAP on HANA, HANA Data Modelling Concepts, custom code push-down techniques, practical knowledge of ABAP development toolkit, ADT, project experience in CDS and AMDP, module pool programming, Adobe Form, and Smart Form. You should also be proficient in ABAP Programming with experience in RICEFW development, have sound knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, new enhancement framework, SAP data migration tools, SAP GATEWAY, and ideally possess SAP HANA/ABAP skills, OData, and backend Fiori skills. Additionally, real-time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects are essential. A BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with 3-5 years of industry experience is required. Additional technical skills that will be advantageous for this role include HANA analytics, predictive and text analysis, knowledge of Fiori and SAP BO tools, as well as proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Preferred skills for this position entail understanding and experience of software development best practices, excellent business communication skills, and excellent leadership skills.
