Sales/Marketing Intern

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Land Sales & Marketing professional to drive the acquisition, marketing, and sale of land parcels. You will identify potential buyers/investors, develop targeted marketing strategies, negotiate deals, and close transactions for raw land, entitled lots, or development sites. Success requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to articulate land value propositions. Sales Execution (70%) - Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads (investors, developers, builders, individuals). - Conduct market analysis to price land competitively and advise on deal structuring. -Lead buyer tours of land parcels, highlighting features, zoning, utilities, and development potential. - Prepare and present compelling offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements. - Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to close transactions efficiently. - Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot). - Collaborate with legal, title, and due diligence teams to ensure smooth closings. Marketing Strategy & Implementation (30%) -Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans for land listings (digital, print, events, direct mail). - Create high-impact marketing collateral (brochures, videos, interactive maps, websites). -Manage online listings (company website, MLS, land-specific platforms like LandWatch, Land.com). - Utilize SEO/SEM, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), and email marketing to generate leads. -Organize and participate in land tours, webinars, and industry events. - Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
