Salesforce Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of expertise in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Quoting.

Requirements:

• Hands on expertise with the required Salesforce technology.


• Ability to provide solutions and architectural experience.


• Must have Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Quoting.


• Good to have 6Sense, SSO Identity Provider, GDPR skills.


• Deft in mentoring junior developers including the client s technical staff.


• Facility to understand and articulate complex requirements.


• Capacity to smoothly collaborate with client and team resources to ensure results meet the defined business needs and exceed client expectations.


• Aptitude to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.


• Capability to handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.


• Ability to estimate work effort accurately and then meet all delivery commitments.


• Skilled to drive projects to completion.


• Proven ability to not only directly code and configure, but also to effectively lead a team of developers and analysts in a coordinated manner.


• Experience in delivering quality technical outcomes in an Agile project management environment.


• Proven experience in driving the resolution of identified data and processing issues.


• Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and products including Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Clouds.


• Proven quality hands-on delivery of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Flows, and custom Apex coding.


• Experience with creating, managing, debugging APEX triggers and use of SOQL queries.


• Direct experience, inclusive of seamlessly integrating Salesforce with both internal and external partner systems.


• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models especially around the shift toward leveraging permission sets instead of profiles for user authorization.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality with the ability to articulate and enforce them.


• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce. org as well as all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes user adoption.


• Aptitude to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views and other content of intermediate complexity.
