Salesforce Developer/Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Developer to support and maintain our Salesforce instance, ensuring it aligns with our evolving business needs.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in customizing Salesforcevia declarative tools and programmatic solutions (e.g. Apex, Visualforce, LightningComponents).
You’ll help us build and maintain custom fields, flows, actions, integrate3rd-party plugins and more.

Key Requirements:
● Solid experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer● Confident working with:○ Custom Fields, Objects, Page Layouts○ Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes● Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud● Able to independently translate business requirements into Salesforce logic● Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving attitude● Experience in remote, async collaboration setups● Fluent in English (written and spoken)

What You Will Do:
● Maintain and evolve our existing Salesforce setup● Create and manage:○ Custom Fields & Objects○ Page Layouts & Record Types○ Flows, Automations, and Quick Actions● Integrate 3rd-party plugins (e.g. email, billing, marketing tools)● Support business teams by implementing process improvements inside Salesforce● Ensure system reliability, security, and data quality● Assist with documentation and basic training for internal users

Nice to Have:
● Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder)● Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce● Familiarity with version control Github

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
