Sales Support Associate

We are seeking a Sales Support Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to support our sales team with operations, sample management, documentation, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, proficient in Excel, and possess a strong sense of ownership. Experience in e-commerce or corporate gifting is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and backend coordination. Handle sample requests, dispatches, and maintain accurate tracking. Vendor Management and Vendor development Prepare and manage sales support notes, trackers, and internal documentation. Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing, and timely delivery. Maintain and update Excel-based reports and dashboards. Ensure all sales data is updated accurately in internal systems. Liaise with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution. Required Skills & Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Operations. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Strong sense of accountability and commitment to quality work. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Experience in e-commerce, corporate gifting, or product-based businesses is preferred.
