Sales Specialist

You will be joining Western Outdoor Structures Pvt. Ltd. as a full-time Sales Specialist in facade at our location in Thane. Your role will involve generating leads, establishing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing sales processes, and collaborating with the engineering and construction departments. Your key responsibilities will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, a proven track record in sales, and experience in sales management. You must also demonstrate the ability to train and lead sales teams effectively, work both independently and collaboratively, exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and ideally, have a good understanding of the construction and engineering industry.
