Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating Leads: Finding potential customers through various methods like cold calling,site visit, networking, or referrals.
• Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining rapport with customers to understand their needs and build trust.
• Presenting Products/Services: Showcasing the features and benefits of the products/services to convince customers.
• Negotiating Deals: Working with customers to agree on pricing, terms, and contracts.
• Closing Sales: Successfully finalizing the sale and securing a customer's commitment.
• Providing Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas set by the company.
• Analyzing Sales Data: Tracking performance, identifying trends, and making adjustments to sales strategies.
• Collaborating with Teams: Working with marketing, product development, and other teams to optimize sales efforts.
• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, new products, and sales techniques.
