Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to build brand visibility and customer loyalty.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, influencer collaborations).
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer behavior studies.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Handle PR activities, tie-ups, events, and product launch promotions.
• Manage the design and production of marketing collateral, menus, brochures, and signage.
• Analyze ROI of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports for management.
• Build partnerships with delivery platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) and optimize listings.
• Lead local store marketing efforts and promotional campaigns for new outlets or menu items.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget effectively.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of F&B customer trends and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and innovation in campaign planning.
• Team leadership and ability to coordinate with cross-functional departments.
• Data-driven decision-making.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B marketing (restaurant, QSR, café chain, or FMCG food brand).

Preferred:

• Previous experience in launching or expanding food brands/outlets.
• Familiarity with local market (Ahmedabad or Gujarat-based experience is a plus).
• Exposure to both offline and online campaigns.
