Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The responsibilities include generating leads, key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing a team, and driving brand awareness and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients (commercial projects).
• Lead sales pitches, client presentations, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, developers, and architects.
• Track sales performance through CRM tools and prepare reports.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the firm’s services.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for brochures, videos, and promotional content.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
• Represent the firm at meetings, site visits, and client discussions.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in service offerings and positioning.
• Share feedback with design and execution teams to align with market demand.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Lead and guide junior sales/marketing executives.
• Report progress and insights to senior management regularly.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (especially in design or real estate).
• Good knowledge of interior design trends and terminology.
• Negotiation and client management skills.
• CRM & basic data analysis skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing in interior design, architecture, or real estate industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
