Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will help us boost brand presence through digital marketing while also handling client interactions, follow-ups, and closing sales.
You will play a key role in both growing our audience and converting leads into customers.
Responsibilities:
Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Create engaging content for social media (posts, reels, stories)
Run ad campaigns on Instagram/Facebook/Google
Coordinate with design team for creatives
Track marketing performance and suggest improvements
Sales
Handle inbound/outbound calls and messages
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Pitch products/services confidently
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Maintain sales records and CRM update
Salary: Based on skills+ performance incentives
