Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, setting targets, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue through the sale of residential/commercial properties or plots. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of real estate sales cycles, and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Generate new leads and support the team in closing high-value deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Organize and oversee site visits, sales events, and promotional activities. Maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients and channel partners. Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of bookings, client interactions, and follow-ups. Coordinate with marketing, legal, and CRM teams to ensure a smooth sales process. Resolve client issues, objections, and disputes professionally and promptly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, pricing, and local regulations.
