Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs Branches Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity Marketing and enchasing catchment areas Meeting clients and explaining various products related to Salaried Personal Loans Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc
  • Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, RCU & Operations Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers
  • Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores

Job Requirement :

We are looking for self-starters with a high drive for results, perseverance, and excellent work ethic. Relationship management experience in assets businesses will be desirable.

Qualifications - Graduate MBA (Graduation is Mandatory)
