Sales Manager (Real Estate)

As a Real Estate Sales Executive in our company located in Matunga, your primary responsibilities will include attending to walking clients and brokers, delivering engaging presentations, showcasing sample flats, and providing comprehensive explanations of the entire project. You will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting sellers and buyers through the property marketing and purchasing process to ensure transactions occur at the right price and under the best terms. Your persuasive skills will be put to use as you encourage clients to consider our project and maintain detailed data and reports of site visits using Excel. Effective follow-ups with clients to understand their decisions and maintain strong client relationships will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, attending client meetings, industry events, and CP meetings, and continuously enhancing relationships with channel partners will be part of your routine. Staying informed about the real estate industry trends and developments will be important for your success in this role. You will also be responsible for developing quotes and proposals, assisting the team in achieving set targets, and leveraging your sales experience to close deals effectively. With 4-6 years of relevant experience, you will be well-equipped to manage the site efficiently and handle client interactions proficiently. This is a full-time position requiring you to work day shifts in person. As part of our benefits package, we offer cell phone reimbursement.
