North America Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving annual sales targets as allocated by the company and ensuring that these targets are accepted and achieved. This role involves building and executing effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Head and managing a high-performance sales team to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans aligned with company objectives. Ensure achievement of sales targets by managing team performance and providing strategic guidance.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to deliver on KPIs. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and B2B customers, especially in North America and Canada. Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement, demonstrations, proposals, to final closure and revenue realization.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Make accurate forecasts, identify new trends and business opportunities to offer the company a competitive advantage.
Clearly articulate AmpleLogic’s value proposition through discovery calls, tailored client demos, proposals, and presentations. Work with cross-functional teams to develop client-focused, differentiated, and feasible solutions.
Drive expansion into new markets and verticals, including both Pharma and Non-Pharma sectors (e.g., Cosmetics, Cannabis, Gene Therapy, Tobacco Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, etc.), and establish a strong brand presence.
Manage key accounts with a consultative approach. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, activate new logos, and expand business within existing clients.
Lead proposal documentation, define commercials, and conduct contract negotiations. Possess sound technical knowledge of IT products to support solution selling and deal closures.
Collaborate with digital marketing, lead generation, and product management teams to drive brand visibility and lead nurturing. Work closely with implementation and PM teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and successful go-live.
