Media Sales Professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close

  new business opportunities by directly hunting for clients across industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key

  advertisers, media agencies, and brand managers

  .
• Provide

  integrated advertising solutions

  spanning OOH, radio, digital, cinema advertising, and co-branding opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal creative, operations, and strategy teams to build customized proposals.
• Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead client presentations and negotiations, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in media sales, preferably across both agency and direct client roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive media environment.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, own targets, and manage accounts end-to-end.

• MBA in Marketing, Media, or Communications

  preferred.
