Role Description

Sales Manager

As part of our mortgage sales team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and acquiring customers for home loans, LAP, and mortgage-linked products through direct visits, channel partners, builder relationships, and referral networks.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a consultative and customer-centric approach throughout the loan process.
• Coordinating with lending partners (Banks/NBFCs) to ensure timely processing, documentation, and disbursal of loans.
• Achieving individual sales targets in line with the company’s mortgage sales objectives.
• Keeping abreast of local real estate trends and actively identifying new business opportunities in the region.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and post-sales support.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional guidelines during the sourcing process.
