Position: Telecaller
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.
• Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Languages Required, e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
