Sales Intern

The job involves making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers in order to promote and sell products or services. You will be required to have a clear understanding of customer needs and be able to provide appropriate solutions or alternatives accordingly. Following up on leads that have been generated through marketing campaigns and other sources will also be a key responsibility. Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets is an essential part of the role, along with handling customer objections in a professional and empathetic manner. It is important to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer information. Additionally, you will be expected to provide detailed product or service information and address any customer questions or concerns. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on campaigns and lead quality is crucial to the success of this position. Staying informed about product features, pricing, and promotional offers will be necessary in order to effectively communicate with customers.
