Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and driving revenue growth through outstanding customer service and strong product knowledge in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to individual and corporate clients
2. Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calls, and online platforms
3. Follow up on leads and handle inbound travel inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins)
4. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel products and services
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
6. Prepare and present customized travel itineraries and quotations
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
8. Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and sales performance
9. Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
10. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless trip planning and execution
Requirements:
1. Proven experience (1–3 years) in travel sales, tourism.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Passion for travel and deep knowledge of popular destinations
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
