Job Description

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team:Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
  • Develop Sales Strategies:Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor Market Trends:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build Client Relationships:Nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate Deals:Assist agents in negotiating contracts and closing deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
  • Sales Performance Management:Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Training and Development:Conduct training sessions for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Compliance:Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant real estate laws and regulations.
  • Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to create effective sales campaigns and ensure smooth operations.
