What You’ll Do

Sales Executive

Your Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B leads across EdTech, HR, and hiring verticals
Conduct product demos, meetings, and presentations with institutional buyers, HR heads, and business decision-makers
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistently follow up with leads
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback
Attend industry events, expos, and conferences as needed (within or outside Delhi)

Who You Are

If you're a

Fresher

Recent
B.Tech
,
BBA
,
MBA
, or other relevant graduate/postgraduate degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Curious, driven, and passionate about tech-enabled solutions

If you're

Experienced

Prior B2B sales or business development experience in tech, SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech domains
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships
Degree is
not mandatory
if your experience speaks volumes
