Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Solar Panels & Inverters

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in solar panel and inverter sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, managing existing B2B relationships, and driving sales growth in and around the Nagpur region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach new B2B clients such as installers, EPC companies, commercial/industrial customers, and channel partners.
Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, and other related solar products.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized solar solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals and quotations.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the solar domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Strong local network in the solar or electrical industry in the Nagpur region.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
