Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
