Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting connection with existing members and newly on boarded members.
• Act as a primary point of contact for members inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain an assigned brand presence in market through strong network of Suppliers and Buyers.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through portal and market analysis under the guidance of sales manager.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential members and systematically follow up on regular basis.
• Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market needs and member preferences.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports of your channels overall performance to the category head on regular basis.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Implement a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and member onboardings.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a global environment.
• Freshers are also welcome.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible working hours may be required to meet deadlines of department.
