Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation

• Identify, connect, and convert leads in industrial/marine automation and system integration sectors.
• Schedule meetings, engage with potential clients, and maintain key accounts.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and convert business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFQs/RFPs with tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with End Users, Partners, EPCs, and OEMs.
• Collaborate with vendors for optimal material selection and support from technical team in proposal development.
• Participate in presales activities and provide technical and commercial support throughout projects.
• Travel to multiple locations to meet clients.
• Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and sales datasheets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Industrial automation course is a plus.
• Proven experience in Technical, products and sales such as industrial automation, system integration, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes and proposal development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
