Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee, located in Jalore. The Sales Employee will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with loan applications, and providing support throughout the loan approval process. Additional tasks include maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing for home purchases, home construction, and property upgrades.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Loan Marketing and Financial Services
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of the housing finance industry is a plus
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
