Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client visit sheets, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on pending leads.
- Track visit records and verify them through client calls and system data.- Maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting) during internal/external meetings.
- Conduct regular market research on industry trends, pricing, new projects, and competitor movement.
- Compile actionable insights and share reports with management.
- Support forecasting and business planning using sales and market data. • Reporting & Data Management
- Present weekly/monthly data analytics reports to management in review meetings. - Forecast sales, track sales funnel status, and analyze client behavior trends.- Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for Sales and business performance.- Attendance & leave management for Sales & RMC staff using internal software (e.g., Trackolap).- Track employee movements, client visits, and task updates through tracking systems. - Support in recruitment coordination– interview scheduling, onboarding documentation.- Handle light administrative duties – vendor coordination, meeting arrangements, basic office management.
