Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description

Analyzing Tender documents

Preparing Tender documents (online and offline Tenders)

Submitting tender within due date

Make correspondence letters

Preparing Quotation, send offers within stipulated time.

Preparing Sales Reports

Coordinating with clients for Invoices & Purchase Order

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Candidate Description

Excellent oral and written communication skills

PC skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Local candidates will be preferable
