Job Title: Remote Sales & Business Development Executive – Solar Projects Location: Remote (Work from Home) – Preferably with field understanding of solar installation Company: Ikaya Earth Private Limited Job Type: Full-time | Long-term | With Initial Probation Stipend / Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives (Post-probation) ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Speak with leads generated via company marketing (Facebook, WhatsApp, referrals, etc.). • Qualify leads and schedule field visits for on-ground installation teams. • Ensure minimum 5 qualified meetings scheduled per week. • Follow-up regularly with potential customers to maintain engagement and guide decision-making. • Coordinate between client, field team, and internal operations for smooth conversion. • In absence of leads, do cold calling and local networking to create sales opportunities. • Use basic CRM tools / Excel to update call and lead status. • Collaborate with marketing team to improve lead quality and client targeting. Requirements : • Preferably an engineering background, ideally in electrical/solar/mechanical streams. • Experience in solar or renewable energy field is an advantage. • Excellent Hindi & basic English communication skills (spoken and written). • Confident in explaining solar-related concepts to residential or commercial customers. • Self-driven, responsive, and highly proactive with remote coordination. • Must have a smartphone, good internet connection, and ability to work 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon–Sat). ⸻ Perks & Growth: • Fixed monthly salary even during probation • Bonus up to ₹10,000–₹30,000 per month based on confirmed meetings and client conversion • Exposure to India’s fastest-growing green energy segment • Opportunity to grow into full-time strategy or managerial roles over time Show more Show less
