Job Description

Job Purpose:

The primary function of the Sales Associate – Aviation is to handle sourcing, purchasing, and trading of commercial aircraft parts. The role involves establishing and nurturing long-term sales relationships with customers, including airlines, MROs, and OEMs, while performing targeted sales activities to achieve revenue goals.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Grow customer relationships with identified airlines, MROs, and OEMs.

• Analyze customer RFQs, prepare proposals, quote prices, and negotiate within pricing guidelines.

• Maintain and develop long-term, beneficial relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Develop and convert industry sales leads into invoiced sales.

• Identify brokering opportunities involving repairs/overhauls to maximize financial return.

• Support in processing sales orders, RMAs, and drop-shipments accurately and on time.

• Quote stock items at market value as per company pricing strategy.

• Support business in achieving monthly sales objectives per the sales plan.

Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on aftermarket trends to identify business opportunities.

• Represent the company in trade shows, through phone calls, emails, and industry events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to maintain high service standards.

Qualification:

Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%.

Experience:

B2B sales

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of aircraft parts and aftermarket industry.

• Familiarity with sales CRM or ERP systems.

Skills & Competencies (Must Have):

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong relationship management and customer service orientation.

• Ability to analyze and respond to RFQs effectively.
