Sales Application Engineer

The Resident Sales & Application Engineer in Electrical/Electronics will be responsible for identifying potential customers and key decision makers, understanding their needs, and developing a tailored sales pitch based on customer requirements. You will collaborate with the reporting manager to prepare commercial offers, follow up with customers on appointments, quotations, and collections, as needed. Additionally, you will participate in events, shows, and exhibitions to generate leads, learn about the technical and commercial aspects of products, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and key decision makers - Understand customer needs and develop a sales pitch - Collaborate with reporting manager for preparing commercial offers - Follow up with customers on appointments, quotations, and collections - Participate in events, shows, and exhibitions to generate leads - Learn about technical and commercial aspects of products - Maintain relationships with existing clients and collect testimonials - Request references from existing clients for relationship sales - Meet customers during critical timelines such as complaints or breakdowns - Conduct live demonstrations of solutions on-site - Supervise installation and commissioning of products as required - Maintain customer database and visit reports in CRM portal - Follow company management policies Qualifications & Experiences: - B.E/B.Tech with 3 years of experience or Diploma with 4 to 5 years of experience - Electrical/Electronics Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, after Sales Service, Installation & Commissioning of Electrical or similar products Soft Skills: - Self-starter and target-oriented salesperson - Proficient in English and Local language - Sound technical knowledge - Familiarity with various electrical distribution systems in Industries, Hospitals, and Mines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Candidates should submit their CV and a brief cover letter to abila.jose@bender-in.com to apply for this position.,
