About Us: Medyseva is a healthcare service provider focused on bridging the urban-rural healthcare gap through innovative solutions like Medyseva Kendras (satellite clinics), telemedicine, and medicine vending machines. We are now expanding our Doctor Consortium Project , a unique model where doctors collaborate with us to operate and grow rural and semi-urban health centers. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Outreach: Visit doctors across Nagpur and surrounding regions to pitch the Doctor Consortium Project . Educate prospective doctor partners about the model, benefits, revenue-sharing plans, and operational structure. Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals and healthcare influencers. Organize and attend doctor meetups, small group discussions, or hospital visits to create awareness and generate interest. Operations Management: Regularly visit existing Medyseva Teleconsultation Center in the Nagpur region to monitor daily operations, service quality, and patient experience. Ensure smooth functioning of teleconsultation setups, doctor availability, and patient follow-ups. Support the on-ground team in handling operational challenges and resolving escalations. Ensure proper branding, cleanliness, and compliance at every center. Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with the central operations and marketing team to align outreach and activation efforts. Submit weekly reports detailing visits, leads generated, closures, and operational feedback. Track doctor onboarding status and support with documentation and agreements. Coordinate training and orientation of newly onboarded doctors and center staff. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business, or related field). Experience: 2–3 years in field sales, healthcare marketing, or operations management. Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong field sales orientation Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools Marathi, Hindi, and English fluency (spoken & written) Show more Show less
