Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analysis.
Develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures.Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training for employees.Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Maintain and update records of incidents, inspections, and training.Lead fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.Ensure safety signage and protocols are properly displayed and enforced.Work with operations teams to ensure safe practices across all tasks.Liaise with external inspectors, government agencies, and auditors when required.Participate in safety committees and continuous improvement programs.
