Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with experience in the interior design/fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple interior projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and in-house design and execution teams.
• Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met.
• Conduct regular site visits and review project progress.
• Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and procurement plans.
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and site logistics.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and delays in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• 0–1 years of project management experience in interior fit-outs or construction.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, materials, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and other project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Experience in managing high-end corporate or commercial interior projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.

Compensation:

As per industry standards and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
