Vendor Coordination, Conduct VM training for Store teams, Assist in New Store Openings. Key Responsibilities:- Assist New Store Openings in terms of VM In Store Displays and execution of all VM Elements and Instore Visuals within stipulated time period The Window Display be ready 1 day before the due date of the Promotion Assist Stores in instore displays, Color Blocking and Basic Hygiene Standards Conduct Training workshops for store staff on VM guidelines so that briefs can be interpreted & implemented effectively Training the VM Champions at Store Timely update of all VM related reports to send to corporate VM including escalation of issues JOB SPECIFICATION:- Role: Team Management Knowledge & Skills: Vendor management and Time management Should have material knowledge of flex, vinyl, acrylics, etc Fair amount of product knowledge required Should have good software skills of Corel Draw/Adobe Photoshop, etc Creative flair for mannequin styling and home displays
