Responsibilities:

• Work directly with accounts leaders to provide long-term capacity planning at a monthly level inclusive of includes tracking frontline staff attrition and hiring plans, cross training/skilling planning, shrinkage planning, correlating occupancy/utilization tracking etc.
• Own and manage staff planning for existing and solution to bid programs inclusive of call center and back office.
• Conduct reoccurring staff planning meetings.
• Manage multiple critical tasks and prioritize those tasks effectively.
• Clearly communicate problems, plans, and solutions.

Experience

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or Finance OR 4 years of related experience, preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, self-discipline, and self-motivation i.e., ability and discernment to make decisions, escalate challenges and proactive solve challenges in an ambiguous, fast paced environment.
• Strong mathematical, statistics, and finance knowledge and experience.
• Intermediate Verint Operations Manager experience.
• Intermediate NICE IEX experience.
• Expert level experience with MicroSoft Excel. Must be able to demonstrate using Excel to design pivot tables and pivot charts linked to external SQL related data sources.
