As a SAP EWM Lead Consultant at Birlasoft, you will be responsible for leading SAP EWM implementation projects, providing AMS support for existing landscapes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP EWM implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live support. - Provide AMS support for existing SAP EWM landscapes, ensuring SLA compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Configure and customize SAP EWM modules, including inbound/outbound processes, RF framework, warehouse structure, and resource management. - Integrate SAP EWM with other modules such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, TM, MM, SD, and LE. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and manage change requests. - Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and support teams. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities. Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and support. - Proven track record in at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations. - Deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics execution. - Experience with RF solutions, queue management (SMQ1/SMQ2), and IDoc troubleshooting. - Familiarity with BRF+, BADI, user exits, and enhancement frameworks. - Exposure to AMS delivery models with SLA tracking and ticket resolution. - Integration experience with SAP TM, ECC, and S4HANA environments. - Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP EWM certification. - Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or logistics domains. - Familiarity with automation tools and ABAP enhancements. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
