Job Description

ROLE DEFINITION: Retail Store Manager is responsible for managing the store, employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLES: Store Operations Management Responsible For Staff Management Responsible For Customer Service Responsible For Sales and Marketing Financial Management Data Analysis and Technology Utilization Community Engagement Responsible For Entire Store Administration RESPONSIBLE FOR STAFF MANAGEMENT Training: Train sales associates, cashiers, and other store staff  Scheduling: Create work schedules, manage shifts, and allocate tasks among employees  Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback  to the CEO Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues among staff members RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Customer Engagement: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a positive shopping experience. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.  Product Knowledge: Ensure staff is knowledgeable about the products to assist customers with inquiries. Returns and Exchanges: Develop and enforce return and exchange policies.  RESPONSIBLE FOR SALES AND MARKETING Sales Targets: Set sales targets and work with staff to achieve them. Promotions: Plan and execute sales promotions, discounts, and special events. Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing department to create advertising and promotional campaigns. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Budgeting: Develop and manage the store's budget, including expenses and revenue projections. Sales Reporting: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance. Expense Control: Control store expenses to ensure profitability. DATA ANALYSIS AND TECHNOLOGY UTILIZATION Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory and promotions. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to make improvements. Point of Sale (POS) Systems: Oversee the use of POS systems for transactions and inventory management.  Inventory Software: Utilize software for inventory tracking and management.  COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Local Engagement: Engage with the local community through events or partnerships to increase store visibility and reputation
