Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a warm and engaging approach.

Understand client needs and provide expert advice on luxury furniture and décor products.

Create a personalized and memorable shopping experience for high-end clientele.

Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and ensure a premium store ambiance.

Achieve sales targets through customer relationship management and product knowledge.

Coordinate with the internal team for inventory updates and customer follow-ups.

Keep up with product updates and brand storytelling.

Requirements:

Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in retail sales.

Excellent communication skills and a polished personality.

Passionate about luxury brands and interior aesthetics.

Willingness to work in high-end showroom environments in Delhi or Gurgaon.

Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills.
