Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage retail projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Coordinate with architects, interior decorators, contractors, engineers, builders, secondary sales teams, B2B partners, institutional sales teams, and business development executives to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues early on.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in retail project management or a related field (architecture/interior design).
Strong understanding of architecture principles and building codes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
