Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple research-based conference projects simultaneously
  • Create and maintain project timelines; ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Organize and facilitate internal meetings, including agenda setting and minutes documentation
  • Act as the main point of contact for all research coordination
  • Draft and circulate periodic project updates and reports
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure research aligns with set protocols
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any deviations or issues in research processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective project execution
  • Support the preparation and dissemination of research at conferences and industry forums
  • Develop clear and compelling presentations and reports to share findings
  • Coordinate seminars, workshops, and other research dissemination activities

  • 2–3 years of experience in research coordination, project management, or scientific writing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Experience in conducting
