You will be joining ALLEN Digital as a Research Faculty member, contributing to our mission of utilizing technology in education. ALLEN Digital collaborates with Bodhi Tree Systems to bring a tech-first approach to education, addressing the challenges of holistic learning and personalized education. By leveraging AI, we aim to offer students a comprehensive learning experience tailored to individual needs, beyond traditional classroom settings. As a Research Faculty member, your role will involve developing research-based educational content strategies to enhance learner outcomes and engagement. Collaborating with subject matter experts, designers, and content creators, you will integrate storytelling, pedagogy, and real-world relevance into digital learning experiences. This position is suitable for educators and curriculum designers with a strong foundation in learner psychology and technology-enabled instruction, eager to impact the future of education in the dynamic EdTech landscape. Your responsibilities will include designing and leading engaging educational content strategies based on research, applying pedagogical principles and storytelling to enhance learning outcomes, incorporating real-world examples into the learning process, and collaborating with various experts to shape multimedia content. You will also stay updated on edtech trends, simulations, and learner engagement techniques, ensuring alignment with relevant curricula and optimizing content through testing and feedback. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or education research, with subject expertise in Science, Math, English, or Social Science. A deep understanding of learner psychology, retention techniques, and technology-enhanced pedagogy is essential, along with familiarity with storytelling, interactive content, and digital educational tools. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are required, focusing on academic rigor and learner engagement. Additionally, a solid grasp of AI tools and platforms for enhancing productivity and creativity is necessary for this role.,
