Research and Developnment Executive

We are actively hiring a B.Sc. or B.Pharm graduate for an exciting opportunity in our Research and Development (R&D) department focused on cosmetic products.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about product innovation, formulation development, and contributing to the fast-evolving beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and development of cosmetic and personal care products.
• Conduct stability testing and maintain records of formulations and trials.
• Work closely with the R&D and Quality Assurance teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Support the documentation and reporting process for all R&D activities.
• Stay updated on cosmetic industry trends, ingredients, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – Freshers are welcome.
• Strong interest in cosmetics, personal care, or skincare R&D.
• Detail-oriented, with good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a lab environment following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Candidates residing within 10 km are strongly preferred.
