Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Lead efforts to acquire new clients in the mid corporate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within the corporate finance sector.
Collaborate with clients to structure financial deals tailored to their specific needs.
Offer credit solutions, including working capital facilities, overdrafts, term loans, and other financial products.
Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.

Job
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline is required.
Possess strong knowledge of financial analysis, portfolio growth, and compliance.
Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet budgetary targets.
Strong understanding of creditworthiness and risk factors associated with clients.
