Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, specifically in the Kengeri area. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the housing sector.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify new business opportunities through networking and generate leads to drive sales growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the housing sector or related fields such as mortgage or finance.

Strong understanding of home equity products and services, including DSA channels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
