Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2-7 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track performance and client satisfaction.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
