Relationship Associate - Bancassurance

As a Relationship Associate/Associate Sales Manager at Max Life Insurance in the Axis Sales department, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with Axis Branch Sellers to achieve targets through Banks FOS. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads generated from branches into quality business while adhering to set processes and ensuring minimal customer complaints. Timely coordination with the Cluster Manager and Operations HUB is essential, along with meeting agreed TATs on customer contact and follow-ups. You will focus on maintaining 15-month persistency, coordinating training for bank staff on life insurance concepts, and activating branch banking sellers to meet targets. Effective usage of LMS as a tracking mechanism and follow-up calls will also be part of your responsibilities. Success in this role will be measured through various parameters including Adj MFYP Collected, Protection Sales targets, Case Size achievements, Percentage of E sales, Seller Activation rates, and Persistency targets. Your educational background should include a graduation in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE approved College/University, with 1 to 2 years of sales experience preferably in the insurance sector. Experience in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, and channel management will be advantageous. Strong relationship skills and the ability to manage various levels of bank management are essential for this role.
